Process: As soon as we receive your input, one of our team members will get back with you by email to ensure we have captured just what you want in just the right way. Once you approve (in email), we will start making your personal ring! When it is ready, we will alert you in email that you should expect it soon and you will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel.

Shipping timeframe: Because we are crafting each ring, please expect a 4-6 week delivery time. Personalised ring orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled at any time.
